Andrews Condominiums
This project transformed this 1869 mansion, located on Minneapolis’ first “bankers' row,” from a run-down boarding house back to its original state of two attached mansions, now in a condominium association. The surviving historical fixtures, such as hand carved woodwork and marble hearths, were restored, and new work, such as replacement floors and fixtures, was performed to match the existing home. The project was completed in cooperation with the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood and the Minneapolis Community Development Agency, in order to stabilize and encourage home ownership in the neighborhood.
